Ozon has launched an online platform through which landlords and developers can offer their services for renting or building logistics facilities to the marketplace. You can apply for objects in any region or engage in the implementation of the proposed marketplace project with specific parameters.

Ozon considers for rent objects from 5 thousand square meters. m, and during construction from scratch for rent - from 10 thousand to 85 thousand square meters. m. Rental payments will be paid monthly with annual indexation. Marketplace promises to provide all operational processes and technical equipment of warehouses independently. “Engaging landlords through its own platform will increase the efficiency and speed of finding new properties for Ozon,” the company said.

The platform already has nine applications for potential lease of finished facilities, including in the Bryansk, Vladimir and Irkutsk regions. There are also applications for the construction of facilities in seven regions by 2028, including the Samara Region, the Krasnodar Territory, and Dagestan. In the future, Ozon intends to attract third-party logistics operators (3PL partners) through the platform, who will accept deliveries, sort goods and transfer them to couriers for delivery to the buyer, as well as process returns.
