From August 18, the shares of PJSC Eurotrans on the Moscow Stock Exchange will be transferred from the listing section “First Level” to the “Third Level”, the press service of the trading platform reported.
The decision was made after receiving the recommendations of the expert council on the listing of Mosbirzha, the report said. Eurotrans shares will also be included in the sector of companies with high investment risk.
The listing levels of the Moscow Exchange are a system of securities analysis. Papers are distributed from the first to the third level depending on the reliability of the company and the quality of its work. The third level includes the shares of new or small companies, as well as those who no longer meet the requirements for the first two.
“Eurotrans” is the owner of the network of gas stations “Trassa”. Back in March, the company began to have problems with the payment of coupons on bonds. Six months later, Eurotrans actually defaulted on all debt issues. Last week, top managers of the company were suspected of stealing fuel from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In the case, in particular, arrested the General Director of “Eurotrans” Oleg Alekseenkov and two of his deputies.
