Shares of the former Leroy Merlin in Russia transferred to temporary management

President Vladimir Putin transferred the shares of Le Monlid LLC (the former Russian division of Leroy Merlin) to the temporary management of L.E.V. Management. The corresponding decree is published on the portal of legal acts.

French retailer Leroy Merlin announced the transfer of its Russian business to local management in March 2023. In the same year, 99.993% of the shares of the Russian legal entity passed from the French structure Adeo to the UAE-registered holding Scenari Holding LP. In 2024, the Russian network “Leroy Merlin” announced the change of name to “Lemana missile defense”.
