At the same time, “other factors of a working nature were also taken into account,” Dmitry Peskov added. In response to a question about whether the Kremlin is considering the possibility of transferring assets to another owner, Mr. Peskov stressed that it is about external management. “No other decisions have been made so far,” he said. The spokesman also added that L.E.V. Management was chosen because it “best met the necessary parameters.”.
Yesterday, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer of several Russian divisions of foreign companies to the temporary management of L.E.V. Management.
