The basis for calculating quarterly dividends is IFRS net profit for the last 12 months in the amount of 7.704 billion rubles, divided into four quarters. Estimated net profit for the quarter is 1.9 billion rubles. The company pays dividends on a quarterly basis.
The total volume of dividends for the first half of the year will be 887.4 million rubles (0.76 kopecks per share). As of June 30, the ratio of adjusted net debt to EBITDA for the last 12 months was 0.8x, which corresponds to a payout ratio of 30%.
