“Now we have to take away the bank and from the end of October we have to start buying,” she said. According to her, the Ministry of agriculture began to accept applications for elevators. The owners of the elevators are ready to provide volumes of up to 1.3 million tons of grain. The Ministry plans to announce a second competition to increase the storage volume to 3 million tons.
