Since the spring of 2022, Russia has a ban on the export of foreign currency worth more than $ 10,000, including to the EAEU countries. In March, a ban was imposed on the export of cash rubles in excess of the equivalent of $ 100,000 at the exchange rate of the Central Bank. Since September 29, this threshold has been reduced more than eight times to 1 million rubles. In addition, restrictions are extended to Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
