According to Mitin, by the end of 2026, it is expected to enter the market of the radio preparation Lutetia-177. He's in the pharmacology stage right now. It is planned to be used to treat neuroendocrine tumors.
Last year, the drug for radionuclide therapy of cancer "Radia chloride" (223 Ra) was first released on the domestic market, Sergei Mitin recalled. And "Lutetium-177", and "Radia chloride" - drugs of the Ural LLC "Prostor Pharma". The company produces them at the UrFU site in Yekaterinburg. The company has other developments in the field of radiopharmaceuticals. For example, as the Right to Health project notes, on September 30, a clinical trial of Phase I–II of another Prostor Pharma drug, BetaPRO (lutetium davaotide guraxetane), was registered for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer.
