General Director of PJSC MGCL Alexey Lazutin will increase its share from 12.7% to 29%, the company’s press service told Kommersant. The acquisition of shares is expected to be carried out in the framework of over-the-counter transactions.

The top manager explained his decision by the fact that he is confident in the implementation of the growth strategy and the creation of long-term shareholder value. “Doubling my share in the company shows personal responsibility for its results,” Lazutin said.

On this news, MGCL shares rose 9.4%.
