According to a press release, the exchange no longer publishes:
As specified on the exchange, the mentioned information in compliance with the confidentiality regime will continue to receive bidders through ARM "Terminal" and users of information services.
On September 28, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree restricting access to certain information in the fuel and energy sector. Confidential recognized information about the export of companies, refinery processing and sale of gasoline and diesel fuel on the stock exchange. Dissemination of such data, including in the media and via the Internet, is allowed only when disclosed by the companies themselves.
