The return on capital (ROE) for the first half of 2026 was 21.1%. At the same time, on October 1, the share was worth 9.40 rubles, or 0.49 book value. According to IFRS, the capital of shareholders as of June 30 was 19.0 rubles per paper in circulation. Management considers this assessment to be understated. While this situation persists, the redemption remains for Sovcombank the most profitable investment in the public market, the company explained.

Shares of Sovcombank rose on the message of an increase in the volume of buyback. As of 13:09, the securities were trading at the level of 10.05 rubles per piece (+ 3.4%).
