Agrarians of Chuvashia will additionally send 81 million rubles of state support

Farmers of Chuvashia will be allocated 81 million rubles for the production of grain and vegetables of open ground. Additional funding is provided within the framework of the second clarification of the republican budget.

Of the total amount, 72 million rubles will be used to reimburse part of the costs of production and sale of grain. 149 farms will receive subsidies. Another 9 million rubles will be distributed among six producers of open ground vegetables.

The Ministry of Agriculture of Chuvashia has already completed the conclusion of agreements with recipients of funds. The money will go to farmers in the coming days.

Earlier, in June, agricultural enterprises received 78.3 million rubles to support grain production and 5.2 million rubles to grow vegetables. Taking into account additional financing, the total amount of assistance in these areas in 2026 will reach 164.7 million rubles.

In total, according to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of the Republic Andrey Makushev, this year more than 1.1 billion rubles are provided for supporting crop production in 27 areas. This is 5% higher than last year.
