What special-purpose clothing for the energy sector concern "Bellegprom" presented at the XXX Belarusian energy and environmental forum in Minsk.

The Chairman of the Concern Nadezhda Lazarevich stressed that the main task of special clothes and shoes is to provide the employee with comfort and necessary protection during the working day. When developing products, enterprises take into account the features of specific industries and possible risks: exposure to high temperatures, electric arc, moisture, chemicals and mechanical factors.
"We will continue to improve the range and develop solutions that meet the needs of businesses and help create safer working conditions," she said.
Many products are made of fabrics and materials of Belarusian production. “This is a clear example of how internal production links help to create high-quality products with high added value,” added Nadezhda Lazarevich.
For the concern, participation in the forum is an opportunity to present the developments of light industry enterprises to specialists in the energy and industrial sectors. At the exhibition we show not just individual products, but the result of joint work of manufacturers of fabrics, clothing and shoes. Such cooperation allows you to create complex solutions - from the development of material to ready-made equipment, taking into account real working conditions and customer requirements, the chairman of Bellegprom explained.
The exhibition presents a suit from general production pollution and mechanical abrasion of innovative fabric and a suit from thermal risks for the Ministry of Energy. The design takes into account organometric features, which facilitates the work of employees. One of the enterprises has developed an antistatic suit, which is used in the production of electronics, in the oil, gas and chemical industries.
Manufacturers also demonstrated a heat-resistant cloth made of special threads. From it, you can get special purpose clothing to protect against the effects of thermal risks of an electric arc. A single-use protective jumpsuit made of nonwoven laminated material is designed to protect against the penetration of radioactive solid particles, water, liquid chemicals, non-toxic dust and general industrial pollution.
Were presented fabrics for the decoration of passenger aircraft, a suit of fire-resistant cloth for use in enterprises with increased requirements for protective properties (metallurgical, electroplating and foundry) and tarpaulin semi-linen fabric with flame retardant impregnation for technical shelter of products and equipment.
The exhibition demonstrated combat uniforms for rescuers - a set with an elongated protective jacket that does not restrict movement. Waterproof fabric and sealed seams protect against getting wet when extinguishing a fire. The kit includes modernized edges, combining the gloves of the rescuer and the edges of the firefighter, which saves time when changing protective equipment.
In addition, special shoes with protection from acids, alkalis, oil and oils, resistant to abrasion and slipping are presented. The plans are to expand the range with protection from electric arc, high temperatures and metal spray.
