Boris Elkin congratulated employees of the agro-industrial complex on their professional holiday

Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Pskov region Boris Elkin addressed the village workers with warm words of congratulations.

Today, those whose work ensures food security of the region and the whole country celebrate their professional holiday. According to Boris Yelkin, the agro-industrial complex today is not just an industry, but a modern high-tech direction: large agricultural enterprises, small farms and peasant farms are successfully developing in it.

The head of the regional parliament noted the noticeable changes that are taking place in rural areas: manual labor is increasingly replacing smart machines and digital solutions. At the same time, he stressed that no technology will replace human participation: it is passion, hard work and sincere devotion to the native land that help the Pskov region to remain one of the leading agricultural regions of the North-West, even in difficult external conditions.

Boris Elkin thanked the workers and veterans of the agro-industrial complex for their worthy, truly important work. On behalf of the deputies of the Legislative Assembly of the Pskov region and on his own behalf, he wished farmers new professional achievements, stability and confidence in the future.
