Chelyabinsk region became one of the leaders in sales of OSAGO electronic policies

The Russian Union of Motor Insurers has calculated the number of sold electronic policies OSAGO and announced record figures.

In general, 5.5 million electronic policies were sold in Russia in the first month of autumn, which is 43.1% more than a year ago. According to the results of nine months of 2026, the Chelyabinsk region entered the top 10 Russian regions that showed the largest sales of this insurance product. In the South Ural region, 1.2 million OSAGO electronic policies were purchased from January to September, which is 2.7% of all product sales in Russia. With such results, the Chelyabinsk people were placed on the 6th place in the all-Russian list.

Also in the top ten regions included Moscow and the Moscow region, Krasnodar Territory, St. Petersburg, Sverdlovsk, Samara regions, Tatarstan, Novosibirsk region and Bashkortostan.
