For South Ural plants will increase the maximum amount of preferential loans
The maximum amount of preferential loans for industrial enterprises under joint financing programs will increase from 200 to 300 million rubles

The maximum amount of preferential loans for industrial enterprises under joint financing programs will increase from 200 to 300 million rubles. The decision was made by the Supervisory Board of the Federal Industrial Development Fund. This was reported by the Deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk region Vladimir Perezolov.
We are talking about programs under which enterprises can raise money for import substitution projects, modernization of production and increasing labor productivity.
Funding is provided on preferential terms. At the same time, the main part of the funds - 90% - is allocated by the federal fund. The remaining 10% is regional.
After increasing the limit, enterprises will be able to apply for larger loans. The maximum amount of funding for such programs will increase immediately by 100 million rubles.
According to Vladimir Perezolov, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly Committee on Industrial Policy, South Ural enterprises already use this support mechanism.
Over the past ten years, 13 enterprises of the Chelyabinsk region have financed projects under joint programs of federal and regional funds. The total amount of funds issued exceeded a billion rubles.
At the same time, the region has its own programs of concessional lending to the industry.
For 2026, the regional budget for these purposes provides more than 200 million rubles. The funds are intended to support production projects, including those related to the technical re-equipment of enterprises.
