Two million tons of milk produced by farmers of the Minsk region since the beginning of 2026

Agrarians of the Minsk region have overcome a landmark milestone: since the beginning of 2026, two million tons of milk have been produced in the region. This was reported by sb.by in the press service of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee.

As noted in the regional executive committee, this achievement is the merit of all employees of the agro-industrial complex of the central region and a great contribution to ensuring food security of the country.

By the way, the high results of the agro-industrial complex of the Minsk region are achieved through systematic work on the modernization of dairy complexes, updating the milking herd and the introduction of modern technologies for keeping and milking animals. The development of the dairy industry remains one of the priorities of the agrarian policy of the region, since stable work of processing enterprises and incomes of rural residents directly depend on it.
