Indexation of payments to disabled people in 2027: Golikova calculated how much will be added
From February 1, 2027, monthly payments to people with disabilities will be increased in Russia - they will be indexed according to actual inflation for 2026

From February 1, 2027, monthly payments to people with disabilities will be increased in Russia - they will be indexed according to actual inflation for 2026. According to current forecasts, the growth will be 6.8%. This was told by Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova.
According to the official, payments are financed from the federal budget and the budget of the Social Fund of Russia, and their annual indexation is a systemic measure: 2027 and subsequent periods will not be an exception. The mechanism remains the same: the recalculation is carried out taking into account the real inflation rate recorded at the end of the previous year.
In addition to payments to the disabled, another important indexation of social accruals is expected in 2027. In particular, traditionally adjust the size of pensions — they increase from January 1, focusing on the inflation forecast and budget parameters. Individual benefits and compensations financed through social support are also subject to recalculation: for example, payments to families with children, compensation to preferential categories of citizens and a number of regional supplements.
This approach allows you to maintain the real purchasing power of social payments and take into account economic dynamics. The final indexation parameters for different categories will be approved within the framework of the budget process and regulatory acts – they can be adjusted taking into account the final inflation data for 2026.
Recall that 2027 prepares residents of the Tula region and Russia as a whole significant reasons for adjustment in the personal budget.
