How big business in the Tula region will help social entrepreneurs
In the Tula region decided to take the support of social entrepreneurs to a new level. At the IV Interregional Meeting “One cannot compete” the regional government and several large enterprises signed cooperation agreements. Governor Dmitry Milyaev noted that the region already has a successful example of such cooperation - social entrepreneur Elena Burishova successfully works with a large company.
In the Tula region decided to take the support of social entrepreneurs to a new level. At the IV Interregional Meeting “One cannot compete” the regional government and several large enterprises signed cooperation agreements. Governor Dmitry Milyaev noted that the region already has a successful example of such cooperation - social entrepreneur Elena Burishova successfully works with a large company.
“We decided to scale this experience and make the interaction of social and large businesses a system,” the head of the region said.
Under the agreements, enterprises will purchase goods, works and services of social entrepreneurs for their own needs and promote them among employees.
The documents were signed by the heads of JSC "Tula Dairy Plant", LLC "Flower Garden", KFH "Elite Seeds", the Tula branch of LLC "Arnest UniRus" and JSC "Zarya" named after A.F. Popov.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that on October 8, the IV Interregional Meeting of Social Entrepreneurs “Unite Cannot Compete” opened in the regional center on the site of the “Octava” cluster. Governor Dmitry Milyaev welcomed the participants and noted that over the past three years the number of guests has increased from 100 to 200 people.
