Kalugans are less likely to ask for a mortgage

Data on the submitted applications was shared by the regional administration of Rosreestr.

In August, 996 applications were submitted for registration of mortgages, of which 768 (77.1%) Kaluga residents preferred to submit electronically.

The department noted that the total number of mortgage applications decreased by 1.2% and by 5.2% online. However, compared to last year, the volume increased by 11.7%

In August, 296 applications were submitted for the registration of equity contracts. At the same time, the number of positive mortgage decisions decreased by 4% compared to July.

The number of applications from other regions was 2.5 times lower than in the same period last year, 119 applications were submitted for registration of real estate located outside the region.
