The number of objects without property rights in Dagestan decreased by half

In Dagestan, the number of objects without registered ownership decreased by half. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic - Minister of Land and Property Relations Zaur Eminov.

According to him, at present, the Unified State Register of Real Estate contains information about 2,570 territorial zones. The number of objects without registered rights decreased from 644,000 to 360,000.

Eminov also noted that 1,486 settlements in Dagestan have already received clearly marked territorial boundaries. In addition, 3,800 plots were found in the republic, which will be involved in housing circulation, including for the construction of individual residential buildings.
