In the Mogilev region for five years to build and reconstruct more than 80 livestock facilities
The region is working hard on one of the main components of the big milk formula - the construction of modern dairy complexes and the improvement of technology.

The region is working hard on one of the main components of the big milk formula – the construction of modern dairy complexes and the improvement of production technology. A striking example is the Bobruisk district, which in 2025 entered the five leaders of the region in milk yields, receiving 5.5 thousand kilograms of milk per feed cow. This year, the district showed a growth rate of 108 percent in the shaft of milk - its best result in the last 10 years. Key figures began to add after the introduction of significant livestock facilities, and work on upgrading the industry continues. Nevsky-Agro is currently building an advanced and technological complex for 800 heads. Carpenter-concrete SU No. 26 OJSC "Stroytrest No. 4" Igor Korkuts, mounting sandwich panels on the frame of the barn, says: - Fuel for quality. We do everything according to the drawings: there is a project, a technology. We try to do the work qualitatively, because all this will affect the final production result.

Near the village of Turki, Bobruisk district, the contours of one of the most advanced and technologically advanced dairy complexes in the Mogilev region are rapidly growing, which is being built under the program of the Minsk City Executive Committee within the framework of the Presidential Decree "On Construction (Reconstruction) of Dairy Commodity Complexes". The main work began in January of this year and will be completed in December. Now the readiness of the facility is more than 60 percent.
The production facilities will be comfortable, bright and spacious. New housing for Bobruisk Burenkas includes two barns, a milking and dairy block, a calf dispenser, as well as a number of infrastructure facilities - a water tower and an artesian well. It would seem that everything is according to the standard, but there is a nuance - new experience for the region is used in the construction, says Viktor Avtukhov, director of Nevsky-Agro:
- The builders moved away from the typical project of a barn with classical reinforced concrete frames and use light steel thin-walled structures, by the way, of Belarusian production. Enlarged assembly of all elements is done at the plant, and the finished complex is mounted on site. Among the advantages are the speed and quality of assembly, environmental friendliness, safety and strength, which is especially important, since the products of the cow’s vital activity create an aggressive environment.

At the ITC there will be a closed production cycle, where at each stage - from the birth of the calf to the production of milk - strict technological control is ensured. Modern approaches to the maintenance and feeding of animals will increase the volume and improve the quality of milk. The farm plans that the yield will grow at least twice, that is, at least 20 liters per feed cow per day - the money invested in construction and equipment should pay off.

- We'll milk them and put the best cattle in here. The existing farm will be converted into rooms for milking cows and hens, as well as for raising heifers - convenient provided that it is located next to the new object. Such enlargement is a rational use of space and saving human resources, as well as a minimum of stress for animals, which at a certain stage of life will not have to be transported to a new place.
The future complex was tacitly dubbed the “construction under white wings”, as a real stork took root on its site. And this is a good sign, the leader believes:
- The farm mainly lives on livestock products, so milking more milk is an archival task. At the exit, profit is converted not only into wages, but also the purchase of fuel and lubricants, seeds, fertilizers, protective equipment, spare parts, medicines and, in general, goes to strengthen the material base. The logic is simple: better working conditions and mechanization – above the milk, there is money – there is personnel, potential and development. Step by step, the construction of the facility entered the last stage: at the end of September, the construction of auxiliary buildings and a calf dispenser were completed here. For the cowsheds, the arrangement of concrete floors has been completed, the frame is being skinned with roofing and wall sandwich panels. On the milking and dairy block, the finishing is performed: tile laying, plastering and preparation for painting. Concrete roads to the complex are 95 percent ready.
Every day more than 80 people and about 30 pieces of equipment work at the construction site. Contribution to the common cause brings machinist crane LLC "Makhrovskoye" from Brest Alexei Fedorenko. Military pensioner driving special equipment for only three years. I have long wanted to try myself in construction. This is a hard, but grateful work for him
- The object is large-scale - for the first time on such a complex, I immediately liked its scope and color. I am glad that our country invests a lot of money in the agricultural sector. Construction is an important indicator that the economy is developing.
The link brigade of floor stackers SU No. 210 OJSC Stroytrest No. 35 Maxim Ageychik near Bobruisk has been working since the beginning of summer. The industry has been around for 20 years, a time in which skills have evolved into real skill. My son also pulled into the profession - he is now busy building a new MTK in Krichevsky district. There are no difficulties in the work, the main thing is attention and a responsible approach, he notes:
- One barn has already been finished, we have begun the second. We're going to the calf dispenser soon. The process is set: the mixer delivers the solution, and our team aligns and distributes it in the desired area. Here we go. The volumes are impressive, but this is only a plus. More than 80 livestock facilities will be erected and reconstructed in the Mogilev region for the current five-year period. Only in the Bobruisk district this year, after the reconstruction of the Pischevik-Agro branch of OJSC Red Digestive-AgroService, the milking herd increased from 600 to 900 cows, and a modern MTC was built for 756 heads in the Vorotyn branch of OJSC Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units. Chairman of the Bobruisk District Executive Committee Alexander Kavranin notes:
- Each project is good conditions for animals and humans, which means the result in production, revenue and a decent salary. Investments in the material base are made thanks to the assistance of the President and the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee. Thank you for supporting the village and helping us develop, and in gratitude we give the result that everyone sees on the shelves of Belarusian shops.
