Experts have compiled a rating of Russian cities by salaries, calculating the ratio of the level of wages and the cost of a fixed consumer set. For the calculation used data on the average net salary per month according to the first half of 2026.
The first places of the rating were taken by Novy Urengoy - 5.93, Salekhard - 5.59, Anadyr - 5.29, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk - 4.97 and Moscow - 4.89.
Krasnodar took 57th place in the rating with an indicator of 3.30. According to the study, the average net monthly salary in the regional center is 91.4 thousand rubles.
Novorossiysk took 44th place with an indicator of 3.48 and a salary level of 96.4 thousand rubles.
The last places of the rating were taken by Grozny - 2.19, Nalchik - 2.21, Vladikavkaz - 2.37, Elista - 2.41 and Cherkessk - 2.44, RIA Novosti reports.
