Krasnodar region ranked 60th in Russia in terms of wages

Experts have compiled an up-to-date rating of Russian regions in terms of salaries. To do this, we calculated the ratio of net median wages to a fixed set of goods and services according to the data for the second quarter of this year.

According to the study, the highest salaries in Russia in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug are 5.07, the Nenets Autonomous Okrug is 4.30, the Magadan Region and the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug are 4.29, and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug is 3.76.

Krasnodar region took the 60th place of the rating with an indicator of 2.26. According to the study, the net median salary in the region in the second quarter of 2026 amounted to 63.1 thousand rubles.

Rostov region on the 70th place - 2.13, Stavropol Territory on the 79th place - 1.90, Crimea on the 76th place - 2.01, and Adygea on the 53rd place - 2.34.

The last places of the salary rating were occupied by Chechnya - 1.44, Ingushetia - 1.51, Kabardino-Balkaria - 1.68, Dagestan - 1.70 and Karachay-Cherkessia - 1.76, RIA Novosti reports.
