Kurskstat published the diet of Kuryans in figures of 2025
Kurskstat published data on food consumption by the population of the Kursk region for 2025. On average, 94 kg of meat and meat products per inhabitant accounted for this, which is 1.1% more than a year earlier. Milk and dairy products began to consume slightly less: 211 kg, which is 0.5% lower than the level of 2024. But eggs and egg products were added - 228 pieces per person, an increase of 1.8%.

On average, each chicken ate 111 kg of potatoes, 86 kg of vegetables and food melons, 139 kg of bread products, as well as 53 kg of sugar and fruit with berries.
Thus, the consumption of staple foods in the region remains stable, and meat and eggs even increased compared to the previous year.
