Lut: Armenia’s success in Europe depends on quality of goods
The prospects of exporting Armenian products to European markets directly depend on the competitiveness and quality of goods

The prospects of exporting Armenian products to European markets directly depend on the competitiveness and quality of goods. This position was voiced by the Minister of agriculture of Russia Oksana Lut, answering press questions.
The official stressed that these parameters are the determining factors. The head of the department wished her colleagues good luck in solving this task.
Earlier, the Rosselkhoznadzor imposed restrictions on supplies from Armenia. The ban on the import of quarantine products and its transit through the Russian territory to the EAEU countries is valid from June 12.
Head of the service Sergey Dankvert explained the measures taken by the lack of effective quality control of Armenian manufacturers. The Ministry insists that the decision is exclusively phytosanitary in nature and is not related to the political situation.
