MAZ signs memorandum of cooperation with DR Congo

The Memorandum of Cooperation between the Minsk Automobile Plant and the Democratic Republic of the Congo was signed on October 9 in the Belarusian capital during the visit of the delegation of this Central African country to Belarus. This sb.by reported in the press service of OJSC "MAZ".

- An important result of the visit of the foreign delegation to Belarus was the signing of a memorandum of cooperation with the Minsk Automobile Plant - the event was held at the Ministry of Industry. The delegation also visited the company itself. During the meeting, the guests were presented with the production facilities of the enterprise, and also told in detail about the wide range of manufactured equipment.

The parties expressed mutual interest in building bilateral relations, added at the plant. Representatives of the DR Congo indicated the need for a detailed study of the MAZ product catalog in order to determine the most popular equipment for the African state.

Minsk Automobile Plant is the flagship of the automotive industry of the Republic of Belarus. The company specializes in cargo, passenger, trailer and special equipment. The company produces about 500 models and modifications of on-board and all-wheel drive cars, dump trucks, chassis, tractors, logging trucks, trailers and semi-trailers, cranes, special equipment, about 15 models of buses, trolleybuses, electric buses.
