In the Republic of Crimea announced an additional, third selection of applications for subsidies from the federal budget. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of resorts and tourism of the Republic of Crimea.

Enterprises of the tourism industry and related industries will be able to submit documents within one week - from 10:00 on October 9 to 10:00 on October 16, 2026. The funds are allocated by the Government of the Russian Federation from the reserve fund within the framework of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”.

The amount of support will be three minimum wage (MW) for each employee of the organization. For individual entrepreneurs without employees, the amount of the subsidy will be 81,279 rubles. The measure is granted once. If the subsidy has already been received or the application was made in the second stage, it is not necessary to fill it again.

Regulatory legal documents, the procedure for granting subsidies and the electronic application form are posted on the official website of the Ministry. In the section "State support" now published improperly executed applications of the second stage - they can be corrected during the third selection. Registers of approved and rejected applications of the second stage will be posted in the near future.

The measure is aimed at solving three key tasks: increasing the stability of the Crimean tourism business, preserving the personnel potential of the hospitality industry of the republic and settlements with tourists who paid for a holiday booking in the Crimea, but could not use it in an emergency.

The tourism industry of Crimea faced serious challenges in the summer season of 2026 due to the state of emergency. To support business, the Government of the Russian Federation allocated more than 3.7 billion rubles from the reserve fund in the framework of the national project “Tourism and Hospitality”. The total amount of support for the tourism industry of Crimea and Sevastopol amounted to 4.3 billion rubles.

The Russian government approved the procedure for providing payments in the amount of three minimum wages for each employee in July 2026. Apply for a subsidy can hotels and other accommodation facilities, sanatoriums, travel agencies, tour operators, as well as catering enterprises.

The condition for receiving the payment is the preservation of at least 80% of jobs as of June 1, 2027 relative to June 2026. The funds can be used to cover expenses due to cancellation of reservations made and paid before June 20, 2026.

Acceptance of applications for support of tourist business started in Crimea on August 21, 2026 and lasted until September 9. Then, from September 18 to 25, an additional (second) stage of accepting applications passed. Payments for the tourism business from the federal budget began on September 18, 2026.

Earlier, Crimea prepared a new package of proposals to support the tourism industry, including the postponement of insurance premiums for the tourism industry.
