The Ministry of agriculture has determined what can be considered rural tourist sites
To establish what objects of agricultural tourism can be in rural areas, decided in the Ministry of agriculture

Legally, the issues of placing the infrastructure intended for the provision of tourist services to lovers of rural life have not yet been resolved. That is, farmers and other enterprising people, ready to immerse citizens in the village idyll, periodically faced with obstacles arising from the unresolved issue of using agricultural land for tourism. This shortcoming should eliminate the document prepared by the Ministry.
In accordance with the draft resolution, the permitted infrastructure of agricultural tourism should include, first of all, buildings typical for tourism. In particular, these are accommodation facilities for temporary stay of tourists (agro estates, guest houses, farm guest houses, rural tourism houses, eco-hotels), catering points (stationary buildings of kitchen blocks, refectories, tea houses, cafes or canteens, including banquet halls, summer verandas and other premises). They also include sanitary facilities (sanitary units, personal hygiene facilities and other facilities for sanitary services for tourists), including baths, saunas and other facilities for health and domestic services, first aid points, mother and child rooms, laundries, storage and rental of household equipment, which are part of the infrastructure intended for the provision of services in the field of rural tourism, and are not intended for independent sanatorium and resort use. These are also places of cultural, leisure, educational and event purposes (museums, ethnographic centers, craft workshops, conference rooms, banquet venues, training classes, information and library centers). In addition, the infrastructure will include points of transport and logistics services for tourists (car parks, parking for tourist buses, vehicle rental points, charging stations for electric vehicles), if they are technologically connected with the object of rural tourism.
The specifics of rural tourism include demonstration and tasting facilities (specialized buildings, pavilions, halls, equipped cellars designed for presentations, master classes, demonstrations of technological processes, including cheesemakers, mini-mills, butter mills, educational and production kitchens, craft workshops). These are also points of trade in agricultural products and products of their processing, products of traditional crafts and other goods related to the activities of the object of rural tourism (brand shops of agricultural producers, fairs and trade pavilions). These will include facilities for the maintenance and demonstration of farm animals (a kind of mini-zoo).
