It plans to sell 99.995 percent of the company's shares. The initial price was 977.1 million rubles. Back in 2023, Uralbiopharm was seized from former State Duma deputy Malik Gaisin by a court decision.
The auction is scheduled for November 9, applications are accepted until November 3. The auction step is 48.8 million rubles, the deposit is 195.4 million rubles.
Uralbiopharm produces medicines. The company is registered in Yekaterinburg. At the end of 2025, it employed 503 people.
The company has industrial real estate not only in Yekaterinburg, but also in other areas of the Sverdlovsk region, as well as in Murmansk.
