In 2024, a system of state support for the agro-industrial complex was actively formed in the Zaporozhye region. Its task is to help the industry remain sustainable: partially compensate for the costs of enterprises, support both agricultural production and processing. The measures were implemented in seven directions.
For the year, the authorities approved 661 applications, allocating a total of 1 billion 456.9 million rubles. The main amount of funds - 1 billion 83.4 million rubles - was directed to support agro-technological works: 620 applicants received such assistance.
In addition, support was provided to several categories of market participants: producers of milk, bread, enterprises for processing meat and dairy products, farms that grow fruit crops, as well as organizations that retain jobs.
An important step was the integration of the region into the all-Russian system of state support for the agro-industrial complex: local farmers received access to assistance measures on the same terms as enterprises from other regions. This allowed to compensate part of the costs and stabilize the work of farms.
In the future, the system continued to improve, adjusting the set of measures taking into account the requests and needs of farmers.
