Two objects of cultural heritage of Vologda region are put up for auction

On the Heritage.house.rf platform, auctions for the sale of cultural heritage objects will be held. Two buildings of the Vologda region are put up for auction. Investors can purchase objects in Vytegra and the village of Korotovo, Cherepovets district.

Owners will have to fulfill their obligations to preserve the buildings. Reconstruction must be carried out within the agreed time. In the future, they can be adapted for modern use.

In the village of Korotovo is a building of the XIX century. On Sovetskaya Street, 2 stands the image of a rich rural merchant manor. The house was owned by the merchant Andrianov. His family was engaged in trade. In this village was in exile Princess Ekaterina Dashkova, associate Catherine II Director of the St. Petersburg Academy of Sciences. The building is sold for one ruble.

In Vytegra, the object "Vazhnya", built in 1810, is sold. The building used to have a fire brigade. The initial price of the lot is 939 thousand rubles.
