In "Antonovka-Agro" Zhlobinsky district with a tense rhythm of field work farmers cope perfectly

The autumn sowing campaign is a strength test for each agricultural enterprise. From how well the soil is prepared and in what time the seeds will fall into the ground, the fate of the future loaf and well-fed wintering of animals in the next season depends. In the branch of the SPU "Antonovka-Agro" RPUE "Gomeloblgaz" confirmed that the tense rhythm of work cope perfectly.

According to the director of the enterprise Igor Klymenko, the last 120 hectares remained to pass until the planting is completed:

- Under the winter grain wedge, 1000 hectares are allocated. 900 hectares were given for wheat and 100 hectares for triticale. Winter rapeseed occupied 600 hectares. We're betting on the latter. It is a marginal and profitable culture that generates real income. As for winter grains, wheat and triticale are a solid foundation for the formation of their own reliable feed base of cattle.

Igor Klymenko assures that in the optimal agricultural terms, the farm fully fits: about 30 units of equipment are involved in the fields. Forces are distributed correctly: while a separate detachment is engaged in sowing winter crops, 12 machines work on the harvesting of fodder, and the rest remove soybeans and corn for grain.

Increased attention in this hot time is paid to the life of farmers. Hot lunches are delivered directly to the field. At the cost of a full-fledged complex of 15 rubles, the mechanics pay only 25 percent (slightly less than 4 rubles), the remaining 75 percent of the costs is assumed by the enterprise.

In the autumn field conveyor first include those who prepare the soil. Mechanizer Sergey Gritchenko on the tractor MTZ-3525 in conjunction with the cultivator-levelizer APM-10 processes fields for winter crops.

- We are here, Gritchenko, a whole dynasty! We work on conscience, Sergey emphasizes. My two cousins came here first. My family and I followed their example, after school we graduated from the Zhlobin vocational college and also joined the ranks of the farm. It's been 10 years since. Now in Antonovka, I, my brother Andrei and four cousins work shoulder to shoulder.

For the replacement, Sergey manages to prepare the land for future shoots on an area of 40 to 70 hectares - it all depends on the terrain and nature of the soil. The most difficult, the mechanizer admits, is to work in sandy areas.

- The more perfectly you level the earth, the more friendly and smooth the shoots will be. The seeds will lie at the same, correct depth, which means that winter overwinter safely, and their root system will not freeze.

Reliable rear of Sergei is also here in his native branch. His wife Natalia works as a storekeeper and fuel tanker - her husband himself inspired her to become part of the agrarian team. At home parents waiting five-year-old daughter Sofia. The girl is sincerely proud of her family and in kindergarten authoritatively declares: “My dad is on top!” He works on the largest blue tractor, famous for his work. Songs are sung and shown in cartoons

Sergey admits with a smile:

- My tractor is actually red, but what difference does it make, because the pride of a child for his father’s work is real.

Following the freshly treated field is a seed unit APK-6000. Jewelry sealing of seeds is performed by Sergey’s cousin – mechanizer Alexander Gritchenko. He has been working in the household since the age of 16: he started as a locksmith, and after studying sat behind the wheel and has been confidently conducting a work watch for 26 years. The mechanizer treats the new technique with respect - reliable, does not break and literally "thinks" herself.

- The complex is computerized. In the cabin there is a monitor through which I set the norm: now we sow exactly 210 kilograms per hectare. The computer keeps that norm. Moreover, it also regulates the depth of seeding: if the earth is hard, the pine trees push the soil harder and go deeper, and on the light and air go softer.

During the shift, Alexander sows about 50 hectares. The speed and result of its work directly depend on how well the soil is prepared.

In "Antonovka-Agro" everyone knows: in the field of Alexander comes not just a wide-spread sowing unit, but a real "Studebaker". This unusual nickname stuck to the car for its iron character and power.

- For an experienced tractor driver, the car is a full-fledged partner, Alexander smiles. If you are with her heart, she will not let you down. With my Studebaker, we can handle any volumes, even when the working day lasts from dawn to dawn.

But even the smartest computer complex will stop if the bunker is not replenished with grain in time. Logistics is at the forefront here. On the delivery and loading of seeds on the tractor MTZ-82.3 works mechanizer Dmitry Eremich, whose experience has exceeded 5 years.

“The seed material before being sent to the furrow is cleaned at the drying complex, then it is etched to protect against diseases and pests,” explains Dmitry. Since we work with processed grain, we strictly follow safety rules, use personal protective equipment.

During the shift, Dmitry transports and loads an average of 10-12 tons of grain. But if two sowing complexes work at the same time on the site, the load doubles.

The intense hum of the engines subsides only for half an hour, on the horizon - a car with hot thermoses. Today in the field menu: on the first - rice borscht, on the second - buckwheat and baked under cheese meat like schnitzel. Be sure to compote, bun or white, and with them give another bottle of mineral water or drink.

In the Gomel region, 208,000 hectares were sown with winter grain crops. According to the Committee on agriculture and food of the regional Executive Committee, this figure is 84 percent of the planned. By the way, the Mozyr district was the first to complete the sowing.
