The National Bank approved the list of commemorative coins and banknotes for 2027

The Board of the National Bank approved the list of commemorative coins and banknotes, which are planned to be issued in 2027. All of them will be legal tender of the Republic of Belarus, the National Bank reports.

Six coins will be dedicated to anniversary dates: the 35th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Belarus and China, the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ales Adamovich, the 110th anniversary of the Belarusian police and the 110th anniversary of the KGB. Also in the anniversary series will include coins "Mirski Zamak. 500" (series "Chambers and Castles of Belarus") and "Minsk. 960" (series "Garadas of Belarus").

Coins dedicated to historical and cultural values will continue to be issued. Among them: “Palatsava Parkava complex “Vyaliki Svyatsk Valovichya” (series “Palaces and castles of Belarus”), “Icon of Holy Bagarodzica “Usetsarytsa” (series “Pravaslany Tsudatvorny icons”), as well as coins of the series “Garadas of Belarus” – “Lida”, “Zaslake”, “Pinsk”, “Tura ”, “Kobryn”, “Navrudak”. In the series “Natsy Code: Belarusian Arnament” coins “Sonza”, “Earth”, “Zorka”, “Kahanne”, “Matsi”, “Dzitsia”, “Prodki” will appear. In addition, the planned coins "Kazimir Malevich" (series "Belarusian Mastatsky avant-garde"), "Schurka Zalatsystaya" (series "Bird of the Year"), "Braslakska Azera" (series "Tayamnitsa of Belarusian Waters") and "Natsyanny academically Vyaliki theatre of opera і ballet of the Republic of Belarus".

Also in 2027, the National Bank plans to issue the first commemorative banknote on a polymer basis - "Histarynaya Spadchyna Belarus". 5 rubles.
