Support of the financial management system of the Tula region will cost 94 million rubles

GAU TO "Information Technology Center" announced an electronic auction for the provision of technical support services for a set of computer programs used in the public finance management system of the region. For these purposes will be 94.6 million rubles.

The subject of the contract includes a range of services for technical support of software necessary for effective management of public finances of the region. The auction documentation contains a detailed technical specification and draft contract.

The bidding procedure will be held in accordance with the requirements of the federal law on the contract system. Participants in the auction must meet the established requirements, including the absence of tax arrears and the absence of unfair suppliers in the register.

An important condition for participation in the auction is the presence of a strengthened qualified electronic signature from bidders. All documents and proposals must be submitted electronically through the official auction site.

As previously wrote “MK in Tula”, the government of the Tula region spent about 7 million rubles on the protection of data and communication channels.
