Instrumentation plant from Murom requires from Tula KBP 1.87 million rubles

Murom Instrument-Building Plant filed a lawsuit against A.G. Shipunov Design Bureau of Instrument Engineering JSC. The amount of claims is 1.87 million rubles.

Earlier, the plant from Murom has repeatedly sued Tula KBP. For example, in 2025, JSC “MPZ” filed three lawsuits against JSC “KBP named after A.G. Shipunov”. It was about collecting debts for millions of rubles under previously concluded contracts. Most of the processes were closed.

JSC "MPZ" is one of the leading enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Russia. The plant specializes in the production of means of initiation, ignition and detonation for ammunition of all types of troops. Murom plant produces detonator caps, pyropatrons, igniters, as well as pyrotechnic devices for spacecraft, aviation, missile systems and rescue systems.

JSC "KBP named after Akademik A.G. Shipunov - the head developer and manufacturer of high-precision weapons (part of the holding "High-precision complexes" of the state corporation "Rostec"). The Bureau creates missile complexes "Pantsir-S", "Kornet", "Krasnopol", in the design of which pyrotechnic means of initiation and fuses of Murom production are actively used.
