Ten trolleybuses "Citizen" based on MAZ sets will be delivered to Cheboksary before the end of the year

The delivery of trolleybuses "Governor" based on MAZ car sets to Cheboksary (Russian Federation) is in full swing. This sb.by reported in the press service of OJSC "MAZ".

- In total, by the end of this year, 10 such machines will be shipped to the capital of Chuvashia. As noted by the mayor of the city Stanislav Trofimov, at the moment in Chuvashia 225 trolleybuses "Civilian".

The trolleybus was created taking into account the needs of passengers: capacity - up to 100 people, 33 seats are provided. The low-floor design makes the landing convenient for the older generation of Cheboksary, parents with wheelchairs and passengers with disabilities. The cabin provides air conditioning, heating system, CCTV cameras and validators for fare payment. The possibility of autonomous operation up to 20 kilometers allows the trolleybus to move without a contact network.
