Industrial cooperation remains a priority in cooperation between Belarus and Bashkortostan. This opinion was shared by the Chairman of the Board of the National Bank Roman Golovchenko during a meeting of the working group on cooperation between Bashkortostan and Belarus with the participation of the head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov, according to the telegram channel of the National Bank.
“Industrial cooperation, including the supply of Belarusian equipment with the involvement of financial support tools, is a priority,” Roman Golovchenko said. As for our farmers, there is good cooperation in grain harvesting and forage harvesting equipment, and on tilled tractors.
The Chairman of the Board of the National Bank noted that the government of Bashkortostan devotes much effort to the development of cooperation between our republics and the implementation of joint projects. “There is no subsidence, no neglect. Everyone is working very closely on the implementation of the formulated tasks. We, in principle, outlined all the main directions, announced possible steps for their further development, he said.
Belarus is also interested in developing cooperation. Our country has prepared a financial proposal that can support the supply of utility equipment and make it financially less burdened for Bashkortostan in the current conditions.
“An electric transport development project is also important. Thanks to our cooperation between the Minsk Automobile Plant and the Ufa Tram and Trolleybus Plant, the Bashkortostan enterprise not only gained experience, but also restored competence, which allowed to create a joint venture that is already able to act as an independent and strong player in the all-Russian electric transport market, Roman Golovchenko explained.
In addition, work is underway on the development of the tourism sector. Cooperation in this area has long been in the background, but today the parties are interested in discussing various issues and proposals.
