Since September 1, 2026 in Russia there is an experiment to whitewash the market for the provision of personnel in accordance with the Order of the Federal Tax Service of 18.06.2026 No ED-1-22/404@. Thirty-four of the largest retail and e-commerce companies are the first to test a new contractor settlement model. Production companies will join in November. Next in line are construction, logistics and catering.
