The head of the Voronezh Criminal Code stole 3 million rubles from residents and appropriated a boiler house

The former head of the management organization is accused of fraud in the amount of over 8 million rubles.

According to the investigation, in 2023, the defendant in the criminal case headed the Criminal Code, which served an apartment building in the alley of Moldavsky in Voronezh. In the settlement organizations, the ex-head submitted inaccurate data on inflated volumes of gas consumed. At the same time, apartment owners were billed for heating and hot water at an increased tariff.

Of the funds that the tenants transferred to the account of utility bills, the woman stole more than 3 million rubles - she received them due to inflated volumes of gas.

In addition, the boiler house was issued for fake papers on the management organization controlled by it. It is located on the technical floor of the house and provides heating and hot water. Also on the UK were decorated two basements with water and sewer pipes and other equipment needed to service the house. All these objects belonged to the common property of the owners.

Later, the accused issued a boiler house in his property. Its price exceeded 4.7 million rubles, and the cost of the basement was more than 950 thousand rubles.

In the criminal case, 187 people were recognized as victims. To ensure possible confiscation, the arrest was imposed on a residential house and land belonging to the accused.

The indictment against the former head of the management organization was approved by the prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of Voronezh. The woman is charged with the article “Fraud committed using his official position, on a large and especially large scale” (parts 3, 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). For consideration on the merits, the criminal case was transferred to the Leninsky District Court of Voronezh.
