Sochi hotel increased profits thanks to the project “Labor productivity”

The Sochi Congress and SPA-hotel Sea Galaxy received an economic effect of 3.8 million rubles after participating in the federal project “Labor Productivity”.

As reported in the administration of the resort, the team has introduced new standards of the engineering service using the methods of the Federal Competence Center. This has helped to reduce waste of time and resources and make processes more transparent.

The coefficient of effective work of the repair service in the preparation of the number fund increased by 15.9%. Time spent moving employees decreased by 40-67%. The resulting effect was estimated at 3.8 million rubles.

In the future, the management of the hotel plans to extend this experience to other services, including in the preparation of halls for events, cleaning the room fund, the work of the SPA center and booking rooms. In Sochi, 34 enterprises have already joined the Labor Productivity project, 10 of them are sanatoriums and resorts.
