The average rental rate of an apartment in Chelyabinsk amounted to 25 thousand rubles

In the last week of August, interest in long-term rental of apartments in Chelyabinsk was 5% higher than at the beginning of the month. Compared to July, the growth is more noticeable - 30%, according to the analytical center "Avito Real Estate".

In the country, the activity of tenants by the end of August grew stronger. The last week of the month gave a plus of 22% to the first, and compared to July, demand increased by 26%.

More often they started looking for small apartments. The number of applications for studios added 39% to July, for one-room apartments - 29%, two-room apartments - 23%, three-room apartments - 15%.

The offer for Russia for the month almost did not change and decreased by 1%. More than half of the ads on the site - 53% - by the end of August were placed by the owners.

Chelyabinsk remains one of the most affordable millionaires in the cost of long-term rent. The average rate in August was 25 thousand rubles per month. Below among the largest cities was only in Voronezh - 23.7 thousand. For comparison, in Moscow, the average figure reached 78.1 thousand rubles.
