Belarus to adjust building codes for production buildings

In Belarus, the building codes for industrial buildings will be adjusted, RUE Stritekhnorm reported.

The first version of the draft revision of CH 3.02.10 has been prepared. The document updates the requirements for the design of such facilities of industrial enterprises, underground and above-ground structures, as well as cooling towers, smoke pipes, water towers.

Thus, the term “buildings and structures of modular type” has been introduced, the relevant requirements have been added. For the first time included in the norms of the zone of additive production. Also among the innovations is automation and operation without the constant presence of personnel.

Excessive non-security provisions are excluded. Sections on fire safety and engineering equipment have been updated in conjunction with current technical regulatory legal acts. The estimated date of enactment of building codes is September 2027.

RUE "Strotekhnorm" is the developer of the project. It will be sent for approval to the State Standard, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Health and other departments.

Specialists are invited to read the document and make suggestions. Each reasoned comment will be taken into account in the preparation of the next version.

Earlier this year, some other building codes and rules were updated, including the procedure for the development of pre-project (pre-investment) documentation, construction heating equipment, buildings of consumer service enterprises, etc.
