Thermal-Ogarev district will receive 72 million rubles for the development of housing and communal services infrastructure

The government of the Tula region approved the distribution of subsidies for the development of state and municipal property in the region. The corresponding resolution was signed on October 9, 2026.

The main recipient of financial support will be the Teplo-Ogarevsky municipal district. 72.8 million rubles will be allocated for the development of the district infrastructure. The funds will be invested in the infrastructure of housing and communal services.

The funds will be used for capital investments in state and municipal property, as well as for co-financing various socially significant projects of the district.

The decree enters into force on the date of its official publication. The distribution of subsidies is carried out within the framework of the state program of the Tula region to provide quality services for housing and communal services to the population of the region.

This support measure is aimed at developing the infrastructure of municipalities and improving the quality of life of the population of the Tula region.
