The press service of the regional administration reports that the operational meeting on October 12, Governor Sergey Sitnikov began with a discussion of the situation with the availability of fuel in Kostroma. Deputy Governor Yuri Makov told the head of the region that over the past week, fuel supplies to the region increased, and gasoline of all brands and diesel fuel are present at almost all gas stations:
“Fuel is present at all gas stations... Sales decreased by 10%. Rosneft after repair opens a gas station on the second Volga. Also, an improvement in fuel supplies was recorded in neighboring regions, Yuri Makov commented.
Acting Chairman of the Kostroma Regional Duma Vladimir Komissarov also confirmed that the situation with fuel is stabilizing, but ... at many gas stations, queues are lined up not because there is no gasoline, but because the work of gas stations is organized ugly:
“People are dissatisfied that sometimes queues are formed for organizational reasons – one of two or three cash registers works,” said Vladimir Komissarov.
Sergey Sitnikov instructed his deputy Yuri Makov to work on this issue with the owners of gas stations:
This will positively affect the speed of all fuel-related operations. There will be fewer queues, people will be more comfortable, the governor stressed.
