Three Vologda farms won grants to expand their activities

Within the framework of the federal program “Development of small agribusiness”, three representatives of peasant (farm) farms from the Vologda region passed a competitive selection and received the right to grant support.

According to the regional Ministry of Agriculture and Food Resources, this year three farmers representing the Vologda, Nikolsky and Sheksninsky municipal districts were recognized as winners.

The farmers intend to use the received funds for the development of such areas as the production and sale of sheep meat, the cultivation of garden strawberries and beekeeping. Grant money will be used for the purchase of land plots, construction or installation of modular buildings for the production of agricultural products, as well as for the connection of facilities to the engineering infrastructure.

Support in the form of a grant for the development of KFH is available to both beginners and already working farmers - it helps to create and expand your own business. This mechanism replaced the Agrostartup grants that operated until 2026 and the development of a family farm. It is allowed to spend the allocated funds on capital investments, in particular: purchase of land plots; construction, overhaul, modernization or reconstruction of production facilities; connection to engineering networks; equipping facilities with the necessary equipment.
