Tulateploset will build a new boiler room in Tula for 37 million rubles

JSC "Tulateplosset" begins a large-scale modernization of the heat supply system in the regional center. In 2026-2027, a block-modular boiler house (BMK) and a new thermal network should be built in Tula, and an unprofitable boiler house at 19 Lenin Avenue will be decommissioned - it has fully exhausted its resource. 37.1 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the project.

These funds will be used for the construction of a modern boiler house, laying a heating network and carrying out all the necessary technical measures to switch consumers to a new heat source. After completion of the work, the old boiler house will be finally stopped and excluded from the current heat supply scheme.

The transition to a modular boiler house will improve the reliability of heat supply for residents and organizations of the district. Modern equipment is characterized by a high degree of automation, more efficient use of fuel and lower operating costs. In addition, the new boiler house will meet current environmental requirements - this will reduce the burden on the environment.

For its part, Tulateploset JSC has already announced procurement procedures for the selection of contractors for design, equipment supply, construction, installation and commissioning. The progress of the project will be published in the procurement section on the official website of the company.
