Tula arms factory filed new lawsuits against KBP for 121 million rubles
In the Arbitration Court of the Tula region, litigation between PJSC Imperial Tula Arms Plant and JSC Instrument Design Bureau came to a new round

New five lawsuits
Claims from the plant against the design bureau were filed for a variety of reasons, but some of the processes are closed due to the defense status of “disputers”
For example, in one of the proceedings on the recovery of 1 million rubles, it was about the issuance of a writ of execution for the enforcement of the decision of the arbitration court, the recovery of the costs of paying the state fee. No further details were given.
Another lawsuit, which referred to the recovery of 11.53 million rubles, stated the issuance of a writ of execution for the enforcement of the decision of OOO SoyuzMash of Russia.
The largest claim to the Arbitration Court of the region, for 76.91 million rubles, was filed by the Tula arms factory against A.G.Shipunov KBP on October 13. In it, the plant demanded the recovery of arrears for payment for delivered products in the amount of 66.48 million rubles, penalties for violation of payment terms in the amount of 10.43 million rubles, penalties in the form of a penalty from October 14, 2026 to the date of the decision, but not more than the price of the contract, penalties in the form of a penalty from the day following the day of the decision to the day of the actual payment of the principal debt, state duty in the amount of 859.5 thousand rubles.
Two more claims for the recovery of 29.94 million rubles and 1.88 million rubles were filed by the plant in court on October 9 and 15. However, there the courts were immediately transferred to a closed regime, and their circumstances have not yet become clear.
Claims for 3.3 billion rubles
Recall, as previously wrote “MK in Tula”, since the beginning of this year, PJSC “Imperial Tula Arms Plant” has filed against JSC “KBP named after A.G. Shipunov” already 20 lawsuits for more than 3.3 billion rubles. Most of the litigation has already been completed, the claims of the plant were satisfied, but some of the trials are still ongoing.
For example, the case on the recovery of the Tula arms factory with KBP 811.2 million rubles is still ongoing. It was discussed that JSC Shipunov KBP did not pay for products received from the Tula Arms Plant under the supply agreement of September 29, 2021. Since the design bureau did not transfer the money, representatives of the plant appealed to the Arbitration Court of the Tula region.
Representatives of the KBP in court objected to the satisfaction of the claims. They stated that the controversial products were originally manufactured for a foreign customer, but then seized for the needs of the Russian Armed Forces. KBP considered the delivery part of the state defense order and asked to involve the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation in the case, and hold the meeting in closed mode.
In August of this year, the lawsuit was satisfied by the court in full, but this decision was immediately filed by A.G. Shipunov KBP. The court first returned it to the applicant, but the case resumed on 5 October.
In addition, three lawsuits are continuing on the recovery of the Tula Arms Plant with KBP 143.9 million rubles, 248.1 million rubles 38.24 million rubles, there are still no details on them, since they were transferred to a closed regime.
For its part, JSC KBP named after A.G. Shipunov filed 4 lawsuits against the Tula Arms Plant in the Arbitration Court to change contracts due to significantly changed circumstances.
