In Cheboksary will build a new shop “Cheta” and create more than 60 jobs

The Investment Policy Council approved the project of Cheta LLC for the construction of a new production workshop in Cheboksary. The company plans to create at least 61 jobs and expand the production of electrical equipment.

The new workshop will produce industrial uninterruptible power supplies and power transformers. The company also intends to increase the share of domestic components, which should increase the level of localization of production.

The project is designed until 2029. The enterprise is scheduled to reach full production capacity by 2033.

The Council recognized the project as a priority and meeting the criteria for a large-scale investment project. This will support its implementation at the regional level.

The new facility is among the investment projects that are considered as the basis for launching new production facilities, import substitution and creating jobs in Chuvashia.
