The study was conducted by analysts of the portal “World of apartments”. They noted that throughout the country, the market environment remains difficult for sellers and buyers of apartments in new buildings.
Chelyabinsk and Magnitogorsk were among the cities in which prices for square meters of new housing increased in the third quarter. So Chelyabinsk new “squares” went up by 5.1%, reaching an average price of 168,875 rubles per square meter. In Magnitogorsk, the increase in prices for new buildings was 4.8%. Now the average price of new housing in the city of steelworkers is 116 217 rubles per square meter.
For comparison, it is worth looking at the situation with neighbors so in Yekaterinburg square meters of new housing rose by 3% (180,893 rubles), Kurgan - plus 5.6% (129,908 rubles), Ufa - plus 10.9% (188,588 rubles).
